Silverlight and Sky Go Hi all! I've been having a few issues with Sky Go on my Windows 10 laptop. I work for Sky so have followed their troubleshooting steps. I have uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it with no gain. “ Sky Go makes use of the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to run several internet applications. Its successor, Microsoft Edge, does not work with Sky Go, even though the Silverlight application was created by Microsoft. The processing and streaming speeds of Internet Explorer are slower than any of the other browsers discussed in this article. When it comes to the online security this browser offers, the range is almost zero.
I have just replaced my iPad 2 for a macbook pro. I want to be able to watch sky go extra on this as i spend a lot of time in hospital, so it said on the sky website i needed to download silverlight so i downloaded it but when it came to opening it i couldn't, it says

“Silverlight.pkg” can’t be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed.
which means i cannot watch sky go. I do spend a lot of time layer up either in hospital or on my bed due to disabilities so it really was great when sky brought this out. Hope you can help.
